Build something awful

We help businesses stumble forward with questionable tools, occasional guidance, and a team that genuinely means well most of the time.

Weak Tools

Everything you need to sort-of-automate, occasionally analyse, and mildly inconvenience your workflow — all in one place.

🔒

Probably Secure

Enterprise-ish security baked in from day two. We meant to do it on day one, but there was a fire drill.

📈

Data-Adjacent Hunches

Real-time dashboards and reports that turn raw data into mildly informed guesses you can present with confidence.

👥

Team Miscommunication

Keep every stakeholder equally baffled with shared workspaces and role-based blame assignment.

Tolerated by Irish businesses

Here’s what some of our customers reluctantly agreed to say.

★★★☆☆
“VibeCoded didn’t exactly transform our workflows, but we’re still using it — which is more than we can say for the last four platforms we tried. Support replied within the week.”

Siobhán Murphy
CEO — FinFlow, Dublin
★★★★☆
“The API documentation is extremely long. We haven’t read all of it, but we’re told it’s good. Onboarding our dev team took about a week — mostly arguing about the docs.”
CO
Ciarán O’Brien
CTO — MedHub Technologies, Cork
★★★☆☆
“The analytics dashboard gives us numbers we never had before. We’re not entirely sure what they mean, but they look great in board presentations. 10/10 aesthetics, 5/10 clarity.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Neither can we sometimes. Contact our support team anyway.

What is VibeCoded and what do you offer?

Honestly, we’re still working that out internally. The short answer: software. The long answer: software, but with more buttons. Broadly speaking, VibeCoded is a platform that claims to help teams manage projects, look at data, and occasionally collaborate. Results may vary.

How do I get started with a free trial?

Click Get Started at the top of the page. If nothing happens, try a different browser. If that doesn’t work, turn it off and on again — that fixes most things. Your 14-day trial gives you full access to every feature, which is plenty of time to discover which ones don’t work yet.

Which pricing plans are available?

We offer three tiers, named without much creative thought:

  • Starter — for individuals and small teams who aren’t quite sure this is a good idea yet.
  • Pro — for teams who’ve committed and want more buttons to press.
  • Enterprise — for large organisations who need someone specific to blame.

Visit our Pricing page for a full feature comparison (and some mild sticker shock).

Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?

Yes. We’ll even send you a passive-aggressive goodbye email. No hard feelings. (Some hard feelings.) You retain access until the end of your billing period and we promise not to make cancelling unnecessarily difficult — unlike some platforms we could name.

Is my data secure?

We’re fairly confident. We did a security course online — it was four hours long and we scored 74% on the quiz. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We’re SOC 2 Type II certified, which involved a lot of paperwork and mildly uncomfortable conversations with auditors.

Do you offer integrations with third-party tools?

We claim to integrate natively with over 60 popular platforms including Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zapier. About 55 of them work reliably. The other five are “in active development”. See our Integrations page for the full list and to guess which five.

What kind of support do you provide?

We have documentation, which is mostly accurate and occasionally poetic. Pro customers receive priority email support, meaning your email goes to the top of a different pile than regular customers. Enterprise customers get a dedicated Customer Success Manager, who is a real human being and has been briefed on your account at least twice.

Where is my data stored and are you GDPR compliant?

Somewhere in Ireland, mostly. Possibly also the US. The servers have names and we’ve grown quite attached to them. VibeCoded is fully GDPR compliant — we have a Data Processing Agreement available on our GDPR page, which legal reviewed three times before approving.
