Can I try VibeCoded before paying?
Yes — and we strongly recommend it, actually. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Pro plan. No credit card required. We’d rather you find the rough edges during the trial than after you’ve committed. We’ve left a few in for character.
What happens if I exceed my user limit?
We’ll send you a strongly worded — but ultimately non-threatening — notification when you reach 80% of your seat limit. You can upgrade at your own pace. We won’t lock out existing users without warning, unlike some platforms we could name but legally won’t.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or startups?
Yes. Mainly because we were a struggling startup once and someone gave us a discount that genuinely helped. We offer 50% off for registered non-profits and a startup programme for early-stage companies with fewer than 10 employees. Contact us with some supporting documentation.
How does annual billing work?
You pay a year’s worth upfront, which is a bold level of trust for a product you’ve been using for three weeks. In return, we knock 20% off and you get the warm feeling of having “sorted the software budget” for the year. You can switch billing cycles at any time from account settings.
